Vacancy for the position of Technical Officer - Regional Service Center - Colombo

The job holder will be responsible for enhancing the Corporate Customer Service Experience of all island BC/FZ Operations and Air Conditioners, supporting revenue generation and managing projects of the Division.
Personal Profile
- Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling similar tasks.
- Competent in work on Microsoft Office Packages.
- Effective communication Skills and knowledge in ERP will be a added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
Job Profile
- Handling and resolving all incoming corporate customer queries and questionsProactive Follow-up, Process enhancements and addressing customer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote services to corporate customers.
- Effectively Manage debtor accounts for corporate customers, ensuring timely payments and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Oversee and manage day to day activities related to corporate service delivery and ensure efficient and timely responses to customer inquiries.
