Job Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related field.
Proficiency in Tamil is required.
Experience with end-user devices, company ERP systems, and server support environments (Windows/Linux/Mac OS).
- Ability to provide remote and onsite technical support.
- Strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user workstation problems.
- Familiarity with supporting mobile devices (Android/Apple).
- Capability to provide end-user training when necessary.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and ability to handle challenges.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
