Head of Marketing
Heaven Nature Ltd, a UK based company, is looking for a Head of Marketing with exceptional drive and entrepreneurial spirit to help launch and scale the business. The marketing team head will be working in the office based in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to create & drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Help create a marketing team for the company.
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, advertising, PR, and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Positive attitude, ability to work in different time zones beyond the Sri Lankan working hours when required.
Ability to travel to the UK and India when required.
Minimum 3-5 years proven track record of success in a similar position preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent command of the English language is a must.
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
