PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Profile
- To process non-trading goods purchase requests in an effectively & imperiously (to ensure product specifications are accurately identified)
- To develop a comprehensive Supplier Data Base for all company products & services
- To liaise with suppliers to obtain proposals & quotations in confirming with end-user
(Inter Customer) specifications & requirements
- To evaluate proposals/quotations summarize & report to Manager Finance & Administration
- To obtain re-confirmation from end-user for final selection
- To prepare supplier agreements (where necessary) and confirm order to supplier.
- To ensure timely delivery / complete of services
To track the processes of payments
Candidate Criteria
- Diploma in Purchasing from a recognition institute, Preferable to ISMM or NIBM or equitant qualifications
- 2 years 4 years relevant experience in similar position of a recognized company
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge in Ms office applications
- Age between 25 years -35 years
