Job Title: Retail Sales Team Member
Location: One Galle Face Mall - In-Store
Type: Part-Time, Contract, In Person
Overview:
Join the Clubhouse Vivaldi team and enhance our customer experience with your expertise in products and passionate service. Educate and inspire customers while efficiently managing store operations and promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and educate customers on products and store promotions.
- Provide styling suggestions using store displays.
- Support sales floor, checkout, and back of house operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Problem-solving ability and openness to feedback.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability for shifts between 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, up to 3 days a week.
- May including weekends on roster basis.
