PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
(MADAMPE - CHILAW)
Agro Properties & Investments Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team, you will be assisting the Operations Manager with all operational activities and internal controls.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the Toddy canning project, material planning, production, dispatches, and quality assurance of the products.
- Managing and supervising the automated rope plant, material planning, production, dispatches, and quality assurance of the products.
- Managing and supervising the Green House Hydroponic Nursery, material planning, production, dispatches, and quality assurance of the products.
- Entering SAP production data and recording dispatches.
- Sourcing raw/packing and other materials for the above production plants by coordinating with the Central Purchasing Department.
- Owning the inventory of tools and consumables of the above plants.
- Following the safety measures implemented for the people & assets of the company and its workers.
Requirements:
- A degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge and experience in managing/supervising an estate.
- Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil.
- Knowledge in Agriculture & Plantation Sector.
