THE PROFILE
- Lead and supervise the operational activities related to gold loan pawning across all branches.
- Manage the auctioning process effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing returns for the organization.
- Conduct regular spot checks and stock verifications at all branches to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and KYC guidelines across branches.
- Address issues identified in audit reports promptly and oversee the implementation of necessary rectifications.
- Provide training to branch staff on gold loan operational processes.
- Previous experience in gold loan operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, and KYC requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
