We're Hiring Japanese -Speakers!

Are you fluent in Japanese? Do you have a passion for sales and aspire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Mix Consultancy is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Korean-speaking Outbound Sales Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • JLPT N4 or N3 or N2 or N1.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous sales or outbound customer service experience/ Call Center Representative Experience (Preferred).
  • We Offer:
  • Salary 200,000 LKR + bonuses
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • 2 Days per month paid leaves.
  • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee Trust Fund (ETF) is provided.
  • Comprehensive Training.
