We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our services, and converting prospects into customers through outbound calls. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our services and generate leads.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
