PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Description / Competencies / Skills

  • Manage, maintain the Appointment Diary and update appointments while providing timely reminders.
  • Independently manage all day-to-day secretarial work ensuring confidentiality of all correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of the Partner and coordinate with relevant person/persons including logistical arrangements and minute taking proceedings of the meetings as required.
  • Handle all documents, emails, calls, manage routine administrative matters and maintain accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence
  • Perform other general administration/coordination matters in the Firm when required.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal parties.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate, Diploma in secretarial work from a recognized Institute Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar capacity
  • Excellent command of the English Language and Computer Literacy Professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
