Job Description / Competencies / Skills
- Manage, maintain the Appointment Diary and update appointments while providing timely reminders.
- Independently manage all day-to-day secretarial work ensuring confidentiality of all correspondence.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of the Partner and coordinate with relevant person/persons including logistical arrangements and minute taking proceedings of the meetings as required.
- Handle all documents, emails, calls, manage routine administrative matters and maintain accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence
- Perform other general administration/coordination matters in the Firm when required.
- Manage and coordinate with internal parties.
Qualifications and experience:
- Certificate, Diploma in secretarial work from a recognized Institute Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar capacity
- Excellent command of the English Language and Computer Literacy Professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
