HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Assign duties and responsibilities to subordinates and assist the Housekeeping Team in their duties. Ensure that all rooms are inspected thoroughly before releasing to the Front Office for guest use. Inspect the Linen Rooms and Stores to ensure a smooth flow of guest supplies, linen, staff uniforms, chemicals and operating equipment.

  • Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently, and report to the HOD/ Duty Manager and follow up with guests.
  • Organizing training/awareness sessions to keep the staff updated on best practices.
  • Should have an eye for detail and ensure overall Housekeeping tasks contribute to a better hotel environment.

Prerequisites:

  • A Degree
  • Professional Qualification in Housekeeping from a recognized university/ institute.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Housekeeping ExecutivePrevious experience in the Hotel Sector will be an added advantage.

Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
