We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individuals to join our factory teams in Volt Apparels (Private) Limited located in Wadduwa. A fully owned subsidiary of Cool Planet (Private) Limited for below mentioned positions.
PRODUCTION - SENIOR EXECUTIVES/ EXECUTIVES - WADDUWA FACTORY
The Job Role
- Planning, Coordinating and managing the production process of the factory
- Oversee all aspects of apparel production from product development to final delivery
- Liaise with designers, Pattern makers, Buyers and Merchandisers to ensure that products are developed with given specifications.
- Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure that finished products are met with higher quality / standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the production team.
- Manage the budget for each production cycle, ensure that costs are controlled
- Generate and present reports to Management as and when required
Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Clothing /Textile technology or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in similar capacity in textile/ apparel industry
- Technical knowledge in fabric / textile manufacturing
- Knowledge in labor handling and management methods
- Good Computer Literacy specially in MS office
- Preferences will be given to the candidates who are from close proximity to Maharagama and Wadduwa
