Platform Support (Officer/Coordinator)
The Job
- Provide first level technical support to platform users
Create and maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide insights and feedback on potential performance and stability implications.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements based on performance metrics.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills.
- Be available for emergency response and address critical issues outside regular working hours.
The Person
- NVQ / IVQ Level 5 qualification specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer or
- NDES/HNDE / NDT specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer or Diploma in Technology (OUSL) / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology/ Advanced Diploma in Computer
- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecommunication/ IT industry

Strong desire to meet deadlines
Ability to learn fast & adapt
