Platform Support (Officer/Coordinator)

The Job

  • Provide first level technical support to platform users

Create and maintain documentation for common issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Provide insights and feedback on potential performance and stability implications.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements based on performance metrics.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills.
  • Be available for emergency response and address critical issues outside regular working hours.

The Person

  • NVQ / IVQ Level 5 qualification specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer or
  • NDES/HNDE / NDT specialized in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer or Diploma in Technology (OUSL) / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology/ Advanced Diploma in Computer
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in telecommunication/ IT industry
