SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE - ROLE PROFILE
sourcing and PROCUREM
- Strong Knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiation techniques
- Sound on vendor management and evaluation process
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and specification
- Skill to negotiate best offer to secure competitive rates without compromising quality and service of the products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage procurement process effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with dealing with local supplier base and procure the goods and services in quickest possible timelines
Knowledge in dealing with foreign suppliers, communicating and negotiating the best deals
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- A degree in supply Chain Management/Business Administration or a similar qualification in a related field
- Part of fully qualified in CIMA or MBA in a relevant field will be an added advantage
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in ERP software
Proficiency in English, both written and Spoken is a must
Being a good team player is essential
