Responsibilities
- Handling customer complaints.
- Analyze customer complaints and provide reports.
- Attending any other general duties in the Sales Administration function.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in the similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing.
