IT EXECUTIVE
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Ensure monitoring, installing, configuring, maintaining and first level troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Network printers and copiers, windows servers, network switches, Routers, Firewall, end point software etc.
2. Administration of the ERP and other systems and monitor performance.
3. Ensure availability and Security of Network systems in LAN/WAN, including email, internet, NAS
- 4. Responsible for 24/7 server/application support, IP telephony, network infrastructure, VPN, laptops and printers and communication infrastructure
5. Ensuring proficient management and the documentation of all server configurations and network systems to ensure the availability of the infrastructure and fast recovery.
6. Ensuring critical systems and information databases are back up on a routine basis and documented.
7. Act as first point of contact for all network and system related issues.
8. Ensuring proper access is granted to new recruits and removed upon exit.
9. Provide end user support when required in configuring ICT devices etc.
10. Administration of the CCTV system and PABX and call center system.
11. Negotiating with vendors on ICT equipment purchases.
12. Coordinating with service providers on outsourced service functions.
13. Ability to implement and troubleshoot hardware, network, infrastructure devices, and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
Requirement from Applicants
A Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent professional qualification
with 3 years relevant hands on work exposure and 1 year of exposure in a similar capacity
Hands-on expertise in Cisco Routing and switching, VMware, LAN/WAN technologies, VPN, VLAN, NAS, firewalls, software applications (ERP), back up recovery, Windows OS, Servers and O365.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP technologies.
CCNA consider as an advantage.
Strong understanding of servers, network infrastructure
