BAKERY CAFE RESTAURANT
RESTAURANT MANAGER, is responsible for overseeing all daily routines of the restaurant. All HR, Accounts, Stores and Sales procedures will be directly under the said manager and he will have all staff in the restaurant at his disposal. While the main role will be to achieve the given sales targets.
PRE REQUIREMENT

Degree / Diploma in Business Management
3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant / Hotel Manager position
Excellent organizational skills, customer services, commercial awareness, leadership qualities, a proven ability to lead with financial management, planning, decision – making, problems solving, excellent communications, delegations, time management, administration, strong customer service, interpersonal, team work skills would be an advantages for selection process
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but they are not limited to:
Agreeing and managing budgets, pre plan customer services needs and follow up for their end with satisfy level, supervising, monitoring maintenance, coordinate departmental tasks and overseeing food and beverage (safety, quality and requirement should be tally)
Totally responsible for daily operations tasks of restaurant and all other restaurant staff duties.
Should handle and maintain all inventories, records relevant in details for each operation area of works Driving staff to deliver good quality with taste foods to customers and gather customers feedbacks Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Identify staff training needs when supervision staff member and do the training if required. Address to the staff in the morning and pass guidance if any special events planned. Promoting and marketing the business with new ideas much as possible. Search competitive analyzing and try to change menu differences accordingly. Overseen stock levels and ordering from suppliers and maintain proper records. Identify staff skills & talents and do rotate with the duties accordingly.
