Senior Accountant
SL Holidays is a new and upcoming DMC that is primarily focused on Chinese inbound Tourism. In a very short time SL Holidays has managed to overcome many challenges and was able to penetrate the market with large Numbers. Our team is young and charismatic always looking for new ways to Work Smarter. To Support our Expansion we are looking for an Accountant.
J08 PROFILE
Maintain schedules for the Monthly Management Financial Statements, quarterly and audited Accounts
Preparing relevant Tax computations & filing with Local Authorities.
Maintain High accuracy of reports and adhere to statutory practices
- Arranging Supplier & all other payments of the Company
Preparing Bank Reconciliations & related Banking entries
Arranging Client Invoicing & Distribution.
- Assisting in Budgets and Forecasts
PERSONAL PROFILE:
Should have a minimum 05 years working experience in a similar capacity, Travel related will be an added advantage.
Excellent computer literacy with an ability to work in a fully computerized working environment.
Should possess a good command of English and Basic command of Sinhalese.
Should be a person with high interpersonal skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
Should be able to work in any other finance related function to support the team
Should be below 50 years of age.
Should be a Team player who can work in a deadline driven environment
The candidate should be partly or fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, AAT or a finance related degree
