We are a hospitality-focused business with sister companies in the food industry. Our portfolio includes luxurious villas catering travelers seeking exceptional experiences, as well as a range of food-related enterprises. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part time Accountant to join our dynamic culinary team.
PART TIME ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end accounts, including the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Take full responsibility for bank-related matters.
- Reconcile bank and cash balances.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable balances.
- Conduct auditing and risk management activities.

- Ensure correct procedures are followed regarding the handling of cash and cash equivalents.
- Compliance and Regulations: staying compliant any changes in tax laws & regulations with local laws and regulations to avoid penalties and legal issues.
- Establish internal controls to minimize identified risks.
- Provide support for periodical tax computations and compliance efforts.
- Provide valuable advice and guidance on financial matters, investment strategies and business decisions to help to achieve long-term goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed, especially on weekdays.
