ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (IT OPERATIONS)
Job Profile
- Manage Windows and Linux servers and oracle databases of the bank and IBM SAN storage.
- Assess system data and error logs, along with user reports, to determine areas for improvement/repair.
Ensure the compliance with all internal bank standards as a step towards sustained quality of service.
Make sure the compliance with all regulatory requirements related to IT operations.
Lead the team of IT operations, providing the guidance and support to ensure their success.
- EOD/EOM/SOD processing on shift basis (Flexible working hours).
Requirements
- Sound knowledge on Redhat Linux server administration
Oracle database 12c/19c servers
Experience in IBM SAN Storage
WebLogic with forms and reports Nginx Web Server
Wildfly application server
Shell scripting
Person profile
Minimum 10 years' experience in oracle database administration and Red Hat Linux infrastructure management
OCA and RHCL
Experience in banking or financial services industry will be an added advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and data centers/cloud
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
