Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meet delivery and quality related KPIs.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of process outcomes. Maintain Excellent customer service standards. Adhere to compliance requirement.
- Uphold company values at all times.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Minimum 1-year experience in BPO sector is mandatory.
- Completed/undertaking an academic or professional qualification.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
