ANC Education (ANC) is the largest private education conglomerate in Sri Lanka that offers educational programs from Pre-school to Postgraduate education. We are the leader in transnational education in the country for 20 years, specializing in education in the US, Canada, U.K, Australia, Germany, and Medicine, offering thousands of students access to a world-class education and the option to choose among hundreds of universities around the world.
We are currently seeking candidates to grow with ANC and be a part of the new expansion plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Meet individual targets
- Manager role need to have good leadership qualities to motivate and drive a team to achieve set sales goals
- Organizing events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and corporate visits to ensure lead generation/enrollments for the programs
- Team player and who will ensure the individual contribution and team targets
Adoptability and sustainability to productive pressure
1 to 3 years' experience in the educational sales sector will be a definite advantage
Candidate with sales experience in other industries will also be considered
Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
Good command of English and Sinhala language (Knowledge in Tamil will be a plus)
The successful candidate would be provided with a competitive remuneration package according to industry standards and attractive commission scheme. Remuneration is negotiable with sound industry experience.
