Responsibilities

- Create architecture plans and communicate vision to various stakeholders
- Guide implementation of back-end architecture and framework, and understand frontend frameworks, including AngularJS
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs
- Oversee, maintain, and support the production, staging, and testing environments
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust applications

Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Java Programming
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
Should have strong work experience on Core Java, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, EJB
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts
Experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc
Good understanding in unit and Integration Test Scripts. Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Should have hands on experience on Web Development Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
Configuration Controller report creation.
Ensure designs follow specifications. Version Management as per the project requirements.
Developing software applications according to the quality standards followed by the Company
Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 4 or more developers. (For TLs)
