Popsi Talent is seeking a skilled and versatile IT Executive to join our team and provide comprehensive IT support for our foreign agency, while also managing social media presence on various platforms.
Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain a secure and reliable network environment.
- Provide technical support to staff members, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
Ensure all software licenses are up-to-date and compliant.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok etc.
- Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform's audience and specific requirements.
- Schedule and publish social media posts consistently.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the company to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- A or equivalent IT certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms is a plus.
