SENIOR MANAGER, MANAGER, ASST. MANAGER, EXECUTIVE, OFFICER, COORDINATOR (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES)

Responsibilities:

Senior Manager/Manager/ Asst. Manager

  • Develop and implement business development, sales, and marketing strategies to meet corporate objectives.
  • Expand customer base through direct sales and channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Execute targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and leveraging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partners/vendors to facilitate business growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitors.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and customization to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for pre and post-sales support.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, motivate, and monitor performance of team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales & marketing.
  • Bachelor or Master's in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, present and influence convincingly and effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the businesses to achieve targets Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

Executive Officer / Coordinator

  • Generating sales while maintaining the existing customer base and developing it further by identifying potential customers in the corporate and government sectors.
  • Expanding the domestic customer portfolio within the given market segments.
  • Organizing sales campaigns to promote the product range Maximizing the growth and market share of the product portfolio.
  • Planning and executing business development and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • We prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Teamworking capabilities.
  • Full or Part qualification from a reputed marketing institution or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Valid Sri Lankan riding license.
