KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete estimates independently for Star Group bids and projects.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Deliver accurate and quality submissions for bids.
- Attention to detail in reviewing tender documentation and making accurate allowances.
- Deliver and manage tenders within tight deadlines.

As an Electrical Estimator, you'll report to managers in Sri Lanka and Sydney, accurately assessing projects to develop budgets aligned with client briefs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Estimating Design and construct tenders.
Estimating across a number of disciplines including Electrical Construction, Fit-out, and Communications.
- Comply with internal policies and procedures.
- Live the company values.
• Electrical trade, Quantity Surveyor and/or electrical engineering qualifications (essential). • At least 5 years' experience in previous estimating position in the electrical industry. Experience in using estimating software and spreadsheets (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Strong verbal and communication Skills in
English is a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy over long periods.
Experience with prioritizing and meeting
deadlines with short notice.
- Commitment to work the required hours to complete thorough estimates while meeting deadlines.
