Hikvision, a leader in security solutions, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! This hybrid role offers work-from-home flexibility with travel in your assigned region (Northern, Central, or Western Province).
About the Role:
You'll be our installer champion, providing technical support, training, and collaborating to ensure their success.
Here's what you'll do:
- Support installers with technical issues, training, and on-site visits (as needed)
- Collaborate to resolve complex issues and ensure installer satisfaction
- Continuously learn and develop your technical expertise
We're looking for someone with:
- A professional diploma or similar qualification or experience in CCTV, Network, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Sinhala and English (verbal and written)
- Mandatory for Northern Province: Excellent Tamil language proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Familiarity with networking and internet technologies
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An installer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- The ability to travel within your assigned region with a valid motorbike license (motorbike preferred)
