Senior QA Engineer

Job Role
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of testing concepts, principles, and methodologies.
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of the testing process and work closely with the development team to identify, document and track bugs and issues.
- WIRE APPS
- Evaluate and enhance the testing process, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Lead efforts to transition from manual to automated testing, including designing and implementing automated test cases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to define and establish User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in testing best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in test design, test scenario creation, test execution, test reporting, and defect lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Agile testing methodologies and tools like TestLink, Testiny, ClickUp, Notion or Linear.
- Experience in API testing with Postman and Performance testing with JMeter, K6, or any other tool.
- Proven track record in automation testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive mindset towards learning new technologies and methodologiesBasic knowledge in SQL
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
