Manager / Assistant Manager - Credit Risk
Key Responsibilities
- Set the review plan for the team at the beginning of each quarter and ensure quarterly & annual review targets are met
- Assess the extent of compliance by Business Line with Credit Policies and Procedures
- Highlight existing loopholes with recommendations for rectifications/mitigation of the risk observed
- Assess the adequacy & completeness of collateral and compliance with all covenants & conditions placed in the approval
- Identify high-risk & moderate-risk loans as per the risk assessment framework and identify potential non-performing accounts
Attributes and Qualifications
- A Degree from a recognized University in the field of Management Banking & Finance Mathematics, Statistics and Economics.
- Full/Part Qualification in Banking and finance conducted by IBSL or a Diploma in Credit Management/Advance Diploma in Credit Management or Diploma in Risk Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Banks/Finance institutions in credit/Credit Risk Management/Internal Audit.
- Good operation knowledge on credit and regulatory requirement related to credit.
- Good command in English and report writing skills.
