Job Description & Responsibilities
- Maintain good customer relations and pursue new sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain a customer base.
Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure repeat purchases.
Achieving assigned sales targets.
Organizing and carrying out daily work schedules.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
Resolves customer complaints.
Acquire product knowledge to ensure customers' requirements are understood and right products are offered.
Handle the online order processing function.
Be a team player and work towards company goals as a team.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
Handle multiple and varying roles within the showroom operation.
Key Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A proven track record in sales and achieving set targets.
Previous experience in a retail setting particularly at a fashion retailer would be advantageous.
Possess adequate IT knowledge with ability to understand and use POS / ERP systems.
Be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
Ability to lead by example and deliver on set tasks.
Demonstrate professional qualities of integrity, reliability and accountability.
Willingness to work extended hours and work even on weekends.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills with fluency in English (preferred) Having Motor Bicycle with valid license.
