Key Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data related to revenue cycle management, including revenue trends, billing processes, reimbursement rates, and collections.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue cycle operations and identify areas for improvement. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the RCM Country Head to develop strategic plans and initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue cycle processes and maximizing financial performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in revenue cycle workflows and propose solutions to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and reduce costs. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends affecting revenue cycle management, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, IT, and compliance, to coordinate efforts and implement changes that impact revenue cycle performance.
⚫ Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases, reports, and documentation to support decision-making and ensure data integrity. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into revenue cycle performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications/Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in similar position
- • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges and technologies.
