Qualifications and experience:
- ▶ Should have a degree in Electrical, Electronic
- government university.
- Should have a strong foundation in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, particularly in the field of Measuring Instruments.
- ▶ Need an in-depth knowledge of Calibration Instruments, their functionalities, applications, related software and should be able to develop the knowledge of features, specifications, and the advantages of the company's brands/product over the competitors' brands/products.
Ability to work in collaboration with Principals, Customer sales teams, Technical support teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- ▶ Should have an awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards related to calibration instruments.
- ▶ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present technical solutions effectively.
- ▸ Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
- Should be able to travel locally and overseas on work demands.
