Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual for our Merchandising team. Candidates should have a "can do" attitude and a strong sense of commitment towards work. Candidates should possess the following:
- Attending to Risk analysis/style handover meetings and sharing the details with the sample / technical & productions teams.
- Follow-up on CP ensuring raw material POs are sent on time.
- Fair knowledge on costing calculations
- Ability to work on consumption calculations.
- Follow-up on raw material booking ensuring on time delivery.
- Good negotiation skills to deal with suppliers on pricing/lead-times.
- Capable of promptly handling any raw material related production issues
- Ability to work on pre/post costing on ordered raw materials.
- Effective time management skills and prioritization capabilities
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy is essential on e-mails/excel and the ability to learn quickly on systems.
