Cost Control Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cost Control Coordinator to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Cost Control, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing expenses across various departments to ensure financial efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, conducting regular inventory counts and spot checks, and preparing daily and monthly cost control reports. You will analyze and track costs associated with food and beverage operations, participate in budgeting and forecasting and collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices and terms. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies and work closely with other departments to provide cost control support.
Prior Experience in working on Opera and SAP will be an added advantage.
