Grand Hotel is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for the following position.

Responsibilities:

Restaurant Manager

Supervise and lead the restaurant team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee daily restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations.

Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and maintain high service standards.

Monitor and manage the restaurant budget effectively.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus.

Control inventory levels and minimize wastage.

Introduce innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

Fully qualified or minimally partly qualified from SLITHM or any reputed Hotel school. Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality would be a definite advantage.

2-3 years of experience in the same capacity expected.

Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
