We are hiring Intern/ Officer/ Executive - Internal Audit at our Head Office on a Full-time basis.
Job Profile
Intern/ Officer - Internal Audit
- Identify and document business processes and controls in order to evaluate risks and compensating controls
- Ensure established control procedures are properly implemented
- Carry out the assigned audit procedures as instructed
- Engage in branch/field visits as requested
- Assist in preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit's results and document processes
Executive - Internal Audit
- Plan, perform, and manage monthly and yearly audit field work
- Engage in branch/field visits as per the audit plan
- Meet the given deadlines
- Manage, monitor, and follow-up the communicated results.
- Foster the professional growth of others through coaching
Support the improvement of internal audit activity through supervision of work
Assist in the development of Annual Risk-Based Audit Plan
Eligibility
- Part qualification in accounting/finance/auditing
- Ideal candidate should be below 30 years
- Ability to work in a computer-based environment with minimum supervision
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of IFRS's would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity for Executive Grade
- Outgoing personality with report writing skills and good command of Sinhala and English
