IE OFFICER (FACTORY - KIRIELLA)
Age below 30 Years with Minimum 2 years' work experience in Ladies Fashion garment manufacturing process.
Should be able to make operation Break Downs with SMV based target calculations.
- Carry out time and method study evaluations in the floor and improve productivity and sewing efficiency.
Great organizational skills, self-motivation, and plenty of energy is essential. Male/Female candidates in Ratnapura area will be preferred for this position.
IE EXECUTIVE (FACTORY - KIRIELLA)
Age below 35 years with Minimum 3 years work experience in Ladies Fashion garment manufacturing process.
Prepare operation Break Downs with SMV based target calculations and do Line balancing to achieve set targets.
Conduct capacity and production studies to improve productivity and sewing efficiency. Monitor and upgrade sewing skills in the sewing floor.
Pre planning of required machineries/attachments and sewing methods at pre-production stage with Technical and Maintenance teams.
A Diploma in IE from a recognized institute.

SEWING MACHINE MECHANIC (FACTORY - KIRIELLA)
Minimum of 5 to 10 years work experience in a similar capacity with sound technical knowledge in the Garment industry.
Diploma or similar qualification.
Ability to repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of sewing machines.
Effective communication skills in Sinhala, English will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail, and must be able to work well independently while also in a team setting.
Great organizational skills, self-motivation, and plenty of energy is essential.
