ASSISTANT RECOVERY MANAGER

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of Recovery department.
- Attend in Courts and other Tribunals on behalf of the company.
- Oversee customer outstanding list, return cheques, and collection process.
- Issue collection notice for credit sales that are past due dates.
- Correspond for any customer payment disputes through the system.
- Make independent decisions, including follow up on payment commitments.
- Make recommendations to management on agreement relating to necessary repayment schedules. Systematically record all daily collection activities.
- Formulate collection strategies to ensure timely customer repayments.
- Provide a timely response to all customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized Universities/Institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a reputed organization.
- Strong personality with professionalism.
- Good communication skills and good knowledge in English & Sinhala languages.
- A self-motivated, Energetic & a passionate team player.
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands at work and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in forces will be an added advantage.
- Colombo suburbs preferred.
