Manager - Credit Control BODJUDO
THE PROFILE
Assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, implementing strategies to minimize credit risk and exposure.
Develop and maintain credit policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Lead and motivate a high-performing credit control team, providing guidance and support to team members for effective credit management.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to streamline credit processes, while effectively communicating credit policies and decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports on credit performance and key metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of credit control experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk effectively.
Demonstrate proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit familiarity with credit industry regulations and best practices, actively staying abreast of changes in the financial and credit landscape.
Showcase proficiency in using credit management software and financial analysis tools, complemented by advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
