Job Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Manager - Administration in planning and implementing strategies to achieve department objectives.

  • Take ownership of admin related cost lines and ensure it's within the approved budget.

Ensure all company property for sale are advertised & ensure the properties/sites are covered according to the pre-planned schedule. and the visit reports are presented before deadline. Ensure that all internal purchase requirements are met before the deadline.

Ensure all lease agreements are renewed on time. Coordinate with the building owners and arrange the necessary rental agreements.

Person Specifications

A degree/diploma in Business Administration or equal professional qualification.

Minimum of 05 years' experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional work ethics with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
