We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager- Weddings & Social Events

As an Assistant Event Manager- Weddings & Social events, we rely on you to

  • Maximize business opportunities in the Group segments on financial and activity targetsConduct site inspection and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

Be aware of regional, national and industry wide events or exhibitions for sales forecast and business pick up.

Build business rapport with key wedding parties/planners and agents to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow revenue guidelines to facilitate and deliver efficient sales responses.

Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and requirements in order to provide professional advice to facilitate and assist on their planning.

Provide accurate and timely events information to internal departments.

Ensure full compliance with Delphi standards and procedures to maintain up-to-date sales and business activities and information.

Ensure revenue maximized for meeting rooms and ballrooms.

We are looking for someone who

Is a champion of Event Management and have a natural passion to drive exceptional sales growth with high customer satisfaction.

Possess hands on experience in the Event Management with an attitude to deliver.

Is able to treat the customers/guests with courtesy and have a knack for building and maintaining long-lasting positive relationships.

Gets motivated by sincerely providing a helping hand to others to achieve shared goals and results.

Is a service oriented team player and have the ability to create a work environment which sparks focused mindsets among the team.

Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
