We are seeking an experienced researcher with expertise in Administration

HIGH LEVEL OF WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL

EXPERIENCE O

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business environment in administration, data management, consulting, advisory, or service provision.

Experience working in a business setting (financial services, consulting, etc.) with a general understanding of audit, risk management, or compliance.

IT SKILLS

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and General IT savviness.

WORK ETHIC

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify job opportunities on Seek and LinkedIn.

Search for key contacts (CRO, GM, or Head of

Risk, Compliance, Audit) and send templated job chase emails.

Map clients and candidates within specific sectors or levels.

  • Conduct company research to identify key contacts and organizational structures.
  • Perform candidate market mapping and longlist candidates for active or potential jobs Schedule meetings with candidates and clients.
  • Send templated emails for introductions or meeting requests.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database by cleaning and updating information.
