We are looking for a competent candidate for following posts, who can assist Managers to lead our operations in the outlet in order to ensure high standard of service and to achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.

Ideal Candidate should possess

  • Well experienced and ability to handle full production requirement of a chain of outlets and outdoor catering operations in a busy kitchen.
  • Completed a diploma or NVQ level qualification with minimum of 3-10 Years' experience (Local or Overseas) in similar field and capacity.
  • Ability to work reliably under pressure, with flexible shifts and utmost responsibility.
  • Knowledge in preparing, storage, consumption levels, ordering, food hygiene policies and capable of leading employees while encouraging team work.
  • Male Candidates around 25-50 years are encouraged to applyAbility to work evenings and weekends when required (Roster Basis).
