ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
- Prepare financial statements complying with Sri Lanka accounting standards.
- Prepare Income reports for all revenue departments daily basis and reconcile quantities with relevant departments.
- Audit and balance all front office postings and settlements/day ends.
- Reconcile the bank accounts through daily credit card payments, compare with revenue reports and banking cash collections
- Arranging the supplier payments and other payments on the restaurant.
- Posting entries on all foods and beverage postings and outlet revenue, cash expenses and supplier payments/ accounts payables.
- Maintain all inventories with proper inventory control whilst execute purchasing, receiving and issuing.
- Compile month end inventory list and prepare consumption and cost reports by deadline for head office evaluations.
- Liaise with property heads, head office teams and regulatory bodies.
- Identifying areas of cost reduction to maximize the profit of the restaurant
- Monitor the cash flow of the restaurant.
- Ability to perform any other duty assigned by the management.
- Ideal candidate should possess
- More than 3 years' experience in financial management and accounting and 1-year experience in audit firm.
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management or part qualification in CASL/ACCA/CIMA от СМА.
- Hands on experience in management systems(ERP)
- Attendance to details and awareness of deadlines.
