Guest Relations and Reservations Executive

If you have a passion for Customer Service, ensuring guests experience seamless booking, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our new venture; comprising of two new unique villas situated in Dambulla & Sigiriya on a Full Time basis!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and bookings through various channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct inquiries
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email an in-person,
  • Providing accurate information and assistance
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and special requests
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests from arrival to departure

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or reservations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala
