Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Customer Inquiry management Collaborate and Coordinate with other teams;

Sales team, Operations team, Finance dept

  • Manage Foreign Clients Inquiries

Provide Updates to Customer as Required

Collaborate and Improve Overall Customer experience

Work to Improve on Company standards

Eligibility

  • Experience in any logistic field will be an added bonus
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Language Fluency & Communication Skills
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Age below 30
