Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, both electronically and in physical files.
  • Ensure efficient organization and accessibility of HR-related documents and information.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding documentation, prepare necessary materials, and coordinate with orientation sessions.
  • Assist in communicating updates to HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with employees, providing guidance and assistance with HR-related matters.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Age should be below 25 Years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
