ROLE PROFILE

Development of labelling and packaging for new products/line extensions.

  • Devising and implementing annual marketing strategies (and wherever quick turnaround of tactical plans) for the focused markets and managing/monitoring the A&P budget.

Monitor own brand sales performance along with the respective Account Managers.

Content creation for product brochures, e-flyers as well as periodic promotional AVS.

Management and updating of the brand website.

End user focused, solid comprehension of social and digital services as well as a creative vision, using strategic analysis to ensure full market potential.

Monitor activities of competitors and industry trends on an ongoing basis

Think with scalability in mind so that ideas can be used or adapted in different markets of similar maturity and proposing/implementing various brand development programs.

Create seamless connections internally with the International Sales Team and Distributors (content, product, consumer insights) to understand their needs and take them into account in the creative process, or identify creative opportunities.

Handling exhibition booth branding concepts of various international trade fairs.

Be up-to-date with new trends in the food industry.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • 2-3 years' experience in managing a reputed Sri Lankan brand with international presence (ideally food/ beverage brand).

A good understanding of International labeling & packaging requirements of food and beverage.

CIM full qualifications

  • Good proficiency in written and oral English.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective digital brand campaigns.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Age below 35 years is preferred

Creative mindset.

A fast learner with attention to detail.

A good team player and positive attitude.

The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills: confident, charismatic, proactive and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure to meet strict timelines.

Ability to work with least supervision.
