Manager Group HR
Manager Group HR manages HR initiatives across the group of Companies. This role managers and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture, continuous professional development and self-improvement, in-house career progression, recruitment, and retention.
Our Requirements are...
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years of relevant work experience in a Managing and Leading a Team.
- Previous work experience in an apparel organization.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent skills in time management and organizing.
- Experience in managing a 3500 Employee Payroll.
- Experience in using HR Systems and a Sound knowledge in MS Office & Power-Bi.
- Developing, maintaining, and executing the group HR strategy and other supporting organizational transformation programs
- Requires traveling every other week to our factories in Anuradhapura, Kurunegala and Welioya.

Studio 21 and the Design Studio group are a name synonymous with the end-to-end sourcing of high-end ladies-wear for UK and European high street retailers. We produce roughly 6 million sustainable garments annually with a headcount of circa 3,500 members across our five production plants, central warehouse and head office based in Sri Lanka, with our Sales & Marketing office operating in London.
