We are engaged in processing and exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products and perishable items such as curry leaves and lemon grass which are being processed in our own processing units across the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Life, The Organic Way
- Implementing & managing quality control systems of the factory to ensure the compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements, standard requirements and customer requirements.
Conducting internal audits for the purpose of discovering areas to be further improved.
Representing the company in the event of quality assurance audits conducted by the outside parties.
- Managing documentation pertaining to food safety and quality systems by generating reports when needed.
- Addressing quality-related issues effectively being cooperative with cross-functional teams of the company.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality system in line with current industry trends and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food processing technology, quality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Sound knowledge on quality standards and systems requirements
- Knowledge and working experience on BRC standard will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in relation to low-acid canned foods
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
